Help with SimpleSlider (s3slider)

I am hoping someone can help. I have installed the simpleslider module. and I can view the module but when I check my site I can`t see anything.

Instruction for the module -
Make sure your upload folder is writeable before installing. (not sure what this means)

You need to download JQuery s3Slider.

You can download JQuery here and put it in the folder "lib" using the name "jquery.js". (I have done this ok)

You can download s3Slider here and put it in the folder "lib" using the name "s3Slider.js".(can`t find the s3slider to download)
Usage

Go to Content -> Manage Simple Slider to add images and slideshows.

Simply put {cms_module module='SimpleSlider'} where you would like to have the slideshow.(done this)

Please can anyone help.

The upload folder being writable is a basic requirement and you would have gotten all kinds of error/warning messages if it wasn't when you installed cmsms...

where it says "You can download s3Slider here and..." the word here is supposed to be a link to the s3slider site where you can download the JS, if it isn't/doesn't link to it just google it...
