Bug page breaks if there is a cmsms link to an inactive page

If there is a link in a page that has been set inactive, the page breaks and no CSS style is applied. Also, page output below the problem link is not shown.

Can it be set that the link becomes something like red color instead?

is this a cms_selflink, or a normal a href link?
