Coder needed for template coding and module help

Hello everybody!

I'm looking for someone who can code PSD or XHTML files to CMSMS. Also this person should know how the modules work as I will need a preorder system for the site. Can you please give me a quote for the template coding and maybe show some of your past work/experience.

You might want to post up a bit more info on what you want done.

Is it a single template site?
Any flash?
What sort of navigation?

Also whats the preorder system meant to do?
