0.12 beta-2 module section

As I´m doing the first steps in learning to make modules, I tried the ModuleMaker. Looking at the skeleton module I found one thing very disturbing. Looking at the module overview as well as the help / about of the module, I noticed that always GetName() is used and not GetFriendlyName(). I think this should be changed.

Btw. in German you wouldn´t say:
"Über das XYZ Modul" but "Über das Modul XYZ"
and not
"Hilfe für das XYZ Modul" but "Hilfe für das Modul XYZ"

I think it´s a problem of the core itself. I´ve only mentioned it trying the module maker.
