having some trouble skinning colors to 1.6.6 from old install

i'm trying to change the color scheme on this site: http://173.201.16.69/~sycascom/

to match the one from: http://www.sycamore-stables.com/

I'm not sure what to change, how to change the logo from the CMS default one on a way that looks good, etc. can someone provide some guidance as to which changes i need to make? The ncleanblue 1.6.6 template also has multiple stylesheets associated with it, so i would appreciate a bit of help.

If you own the sycamore-stables one then just export the template as a theme, else you will have to copy all the CSS and use the Left simple navigation + 1 column template not NCleanBlue for the same look...
