Can any1 tell me why my right float cannot move up?

I want to align my sidebar, content & right banner in the same line.

Are you talking about the 'promobar' div? if so, it is all ligned up for me in firefox 3.0.13. The nav., Content and right panel line up horizontally

Seems OK for me on FF 3.5.2 and IE 8.

Yea because you didn't tell us what browser your using, that's why it don't line up...
