Strange scripts with html validator

I wanted to check if my code was valid as xhtml but I get 100s errors and it appears strange scripts and links.
I guess a hacker passed by but my pages and template are clean. Where can I look for that strange code?
There are many links about downloading movies and stuff. 
Here is what i hve got:

Site attacked. Search for my other posts for help. I just replied to two other posts with this problem. Also try the links in my signature.

I probably have to do a complete fresh install to change all passwords
