Replacing text entered by user with extra code

Post by evilwavey »

Hi,

I am trying to find a way to run a search and replace on text on all pages when they load.

When ever the word 'sartacs' appears in the text, my client requires it to be two colours. I have used span tags in the static version and I know you can use the text editor to recreate it, but it would be handy if it just did it when when ever it detected the text 'sartacs' upon page load.

thanks

Dave

There is a string replacement plugin in the Forge.  I have installed it, but never had a chance to play with it.
