I'm running now CMSMS 1.6.6 and my CGExtensions is still 1.10.1 – pretty old, uh? The reason it's so old is that I haven't been succesful with upgrading it.
Last night I tried it again and using the Upgrade-link I got just a blank page and if I load it to my desktop and load it I get the following announce:
Warning: file_get_contents() [function.file-get-contents]: Filename cannot be empty in /data/home/tanssiklubif/public_html/admin/listmodules.php on line 116
Samekind of things happens with some other modules, but some I just can upgrade or install.
And when I look cms_modules straight from MySQL, CGExtensions is there twice, like is FormBuilder, FormBrowser, Blogs and FrontEndUsers – those that make me some trouble. Is it safe to just remove them?
Solved: RTFM! It helps lot when I read the instructions. Thanks for reading anyway.

Has anyone been able to figure this one out yet? I have the exact same error while trying to upload an xml module on my 1.6.6 installation of cms made simple. Please help! Thank you
Warning: file_get_contents() [function.file-get-contents]: Filename cannot be empty in /home/unmejorp/public_html/admin/listmodules.php on line 116
Error parsing XML file. Please make sure you are uploading a .xml file and not a .tar.gz or zip file. (Troubleshooting)
