In this moment no.
It's in Feature request and it's planned for 0.9.6

0.9.4 (bugfix) next week,
0.9.5 preferences per user (signature, timezone user correction, topic order, ...) October,
0.9.6 topic subscription I think November

Have you look to 0.9.3 (in tar.gz only)
