So in these instances I did choose the multi selection list.
But I also made a 'find shop by place' module. And I just want a (single option) dropdownmenu,
because visually it makes a nice list ("Aah, there it is"), instead of scrolling in the box and control select ("This box is too small, now where is it?") which is a bit more difficult visually.
AND
most frontend users (dangerously generalising) simply don't know how to use control select in a multiple select list.
Being an interaction designer (as well) I needed to display the list as easy as possible.
That's why a choose single option list list when I made the module.
This was my point of view.
At the geekmoot your module was not known at all *gasp* so I simply could not let this opportunity go by.
At first glance, Samuel was impressed, (and will be taking a closer look) and thanked me for pointing it out to him.
So hereby to you: "Wow, this really looks interesting!"
(That will lift you up, won't it?
