CMSMS Error

Hi,
My apologies if I put this topic under the wrong section but here is the situation. I have my site set up and working on our development server. However, when I pushed it out to our preview server via a script, I start seeing this in my Admin panel at the top of the page and in the areas where I should be able to update content. The website itself works and looks just fine. It is just on the admin side,

Does anybody know how to fix this? If you need any additional information, please let me know and I'd be happy to provide it.

Make sure that the files are transferred correctly... There might be an ascii/bin issue with your files...
