New version of TinyMCE in 1.6.5?

Hi,

in the release notes of 1.6.5 it is announced that it would contain a new TinyMCE version (3.x). But when I install 1.6.5, I always get the old one (2.x). Did I miss anything?

Modul version has nothing to do with the TinyMCE version.
