module for limited acces editor?

I would like to know if it is possible to give other users editor usage to a devined page (so they don't have acces to all pages, just one). If it is possible, how?

Create user and do not assign the user in any group. Then open the page, the user should be able to edit and select the tab Options, scroll down to the field Additional Editors and select the user in the field.
