[solved] Upgrade Backup Failed?

Hi all,

I did a backup before installing the latest release - all went well expect it looks like a new install. Everything lost whole website gone!

I did  exactly what I did on another website a few weeks ago and all went well. I'm not totally up on sql etc -  can anyone shed any light on how to get the backup up and running in cpanel?
