Blank screen after installing 0.11.1 over 0.10

Hi,
I have a great problem after upgrading my CMSMS 0.10 to 0.11.1...
All visitors are see blank screen instead of homepage.
I brainstormed for a 3 hours and then found that if the user goes to /admin/login.php and then returns back - all became ok. Looking over HTTP request I'd found that all the difference in cookie request. When the cookie is installed - all works fine. Once I delete cookie - nothing works and blank screen again.
Please explain workarounds? Seems it is new bug.

I have the same problem. No matter how many times I reinstall from scratch, the same thing happens.

I have the same problem sometimes it works and sometimes it does not ... what does it say in your error log ?

I've never been able to successfully reproduce this one.  Can you turn on the debug option in config.php after it's installed?

I get this too after installing latest version (0.11.2)...
Just a blank screen. Admin page is fine but whenever I choose to view the page (outside of admin interface) it´s just blank. I checked cookies and its registering fine.

Please help!

Too late. I've already installed another CMS.
Anyway I did it all.
I did upgrade thru upgrade.php
And after cleaning the cache it works only once.
