PHPList as part of CMSMS

For questions and problems with the CMS core. This board is NOT for any 3rd party modules, addons, PHP scripts or anything NOT distributed with the CMS made simple package itself.

PHPList as part of CMSMS

I have read that PHPList is now part of the core of CMSMS.

Is this correct, because I can't find it? If it is indeed correct, how to I enable it?

You read incorrectly.

There is a mailing list package, but it's not PHPList.

It's called NMS.
