Help Needed!

Hi I am looking for someone to help me complete a site I wanted to build using CMS made simple.

1.) I need to have a classified ads section : So the front end user must be be able to post an advert
2.) There are two pages of user submitted adverts - the results/most recent need to be scrolled on to front page
3.) Profile page - where user can submit details and maybe upload a pic.
4.) PM system

No 1 & 2 are my biggest worry - I love CMS and have done quite a few sites using it - I've got a few ideas but really I am just not quite sure how to achieve all of the above! (especially 1&2!)If anyone has any ideas/advice or feels they could do the job - I would be willing to pay.

1), 2) and 3) can be implemented very easily using my module (CTLModuleMaker), and 4) just need creating a small add-on to the FEU module.
I could do this for you very, very quickly.
