personal portfolio website with 1.6.3

Hi,

just finished my personal website: http://nikolai-kraneis.com/
First I started with 1.6 and upgraded than to 1.6.3.
I used on the startpage http://dhonishow.de/
The photoalbum, news-modul and form builder are manipulated a little bit.

The only problem I have are the clean urls  >:(
The .htaccess is there and the config.php is set
$config['url_rewriting'] = 'true';

On IE6 the whole design still sucks, I will change it later.

Wow, wow, wow! Very nicely done portfolio site.  And I love the very clean and neat contact page as well.  But the artwork -- outstanding.  I love the way you've laid this out. You've managed to make the artwork take center stage, as it should -- and yet have enough other information on the site so it doesn't look stark and bare, like some portfolio/photoblog sites tend to look.  Well done!

Great site Nikolai,

The muted greyscale with a single red really serves to make your artwork stand out. And I love the paint tube and screwtop - nice touch.

Being your own client certainly helps with design decisions - approval all the way.

Congrats on an excellent site - and outstanding artwork.
