Need 2 small modifications to existing CMSMS site layout.

I have a small site built on CMSMS.  I need these two small modifications to the pages:

1.       I have a small image in the top right corner of the page above a text link. I would like the image removed and replaced with a text link to the home page. So instead of this:


Sitemap

It will look like this:

Home
Sitemap


2.       I also have a horizontal row of text links in the footer.  I would also like to add a link to the home page at the end of the row of links.

Please let me know if you are interested in the job and how much experience you have with CMSMS.
How quickly could you complete these?  And how much would it cost?
