accessing page attributes on a different page

Sorry if this has an obvious answer.  I have searched for it but cannot find anything relevent.

Is there is a way of calling up page attributes (specifically the 'Description' and 'Extra page attributes' from the Options tab) from a different page.

What I want to do is have a kind of menu page listing other pages with this data shown for each page.  I can see how to call up the attributes on the page they are assigned to but not on other pages.
