Content Management - Groups Permissions

Hi, I am new in cmsms and I am creating a Web site with the following structure:
Title owner
1 Hola Pedro
1.1 Chao Pedro
2 Hola2 Juan
2.1 Chao2 Juan
Pedro and Juan belongs to different groups, the idea is that both can create pages, but
only within his content, that is to say, Prdro only can put pages in 1, 1,1, 1.1xx,
but not in 2 because this belongs to him to Juan. Some idea of like doing it.

Also I would like to create two directories:
a)Juan-directory
b)Pedro-directory
The idea, also is that only Juan can access a to Juan-directory and not to Pedro-directory.
Some idea of like doing it.
