Paste from Excel?

Paste from Excel?
I am trying to paste from excel. The content seems to be formatted in the cells for a moment and then is converted into a paragraph form. I used to be able to paste from excel without a problem. Any ideas?

In a number of cases you will be able to turn of the editor (such as TinyMCE) which you see above a text area. You can do this via the checkmark under the text area (if available). You then enter the page text directly in the html setting. You will have better chance then. However, you have not stated how and where you are pasting. In TinyMCE is also a button (upper left) that allows pasting from Word. Maybe if you use that one, it might help as well.
