1. How to delete a release with no files in it? I have made a mistake and created a release with wrong release number. Now it is shown in files section with no files. How can I delete it?

2. How often is module repository updated? When the new version of module will be shown in Module Manager? (I have cleared the repository cache, but still the old version of the module is offered for install in Module Manager.)
