[solved] WAMP server odd behaviour

I installed a fresh CMSMS 6.0.3 on WAMPServer (php5.3.0) (Apache 2.2.11) (MySQL 5.1.36)
Also tried an older version of CMSMS (5.x)

The installation went well.

However in the Admin area, I'm not getting the lang strings in the admin tabs (menu manager,  theme manager and just about any other thing that has admin tabs) or in field prompts (as in tinyMCE configuration).

There's probably a real simple fix, but it's being elusive.

Found the fix.... downgrade PHPto 5.2.9x
