Page Alias not appearing in Menu

Hi,

Apologies if this has been answered before, I did search but can't find anything directly related. I've just noticed that my menu no longer has the page alias at the end of the URL; where previously it was, for example, index.php?page=Home, now it says index.php?page=40. I think it happened when I installed the new Beta. Any ideas?

I noticed this too today with the EllNav Template. It´s a problem of the new beta.
