Simon, thank you so much for sharing your method of "pimping" the contact forms.

I'm new to cmsms, maybe that's why it took me a few hours to get the form to look like yours. I must have mis-read your instruction
Click 'Main' tab and delete CSS field from form.
I first deleted whatever stood there and nothing ever worked. It was only after looking at the resulting "html"-page and comparing it with the css-stylesheet that I realised what I had done wrong. It's supposed to be "contactform" (attachment)
Took the long way round, but it works now  :)
