Checksum error on install of CMSMS 1.6.3

After 3 tries at downloading CMSMS 1.6.3 full tar gz and associated  checksum and doing a CLEAN install, the checksum did not match the d/l files.

Am I doing something wrong or is there a problem with the file/checksum match?

After install, everything seemed to work OK.

I get the same issue with 1.6.5.  Clean install, download via wget straight from CMSMS repository.  Only one file fails, include.php
