installazione versione 6.1 problemi con i tag

Copio la richiesta di aiuto fatta da un altro utente: ho il medesimo problema con la versione 1.6.1: ho provato un upgrade e ho visto che non mi visualizzava le news ; ho provato una installazione nuova ma anche qui
installa tutto ma non visualizza le news e tutto quello che ha a che fare con i tags

The admin panel is working perfectly - I can pretty much see everything that I can see on my local server. However, the home page of the site is just displaying the template minus the tags / css.

On first display, I am also getting the following errors which would suggest it cannot recognise the extension tags:

vi invio quanto risulta con punto esclamativo nella procedura di installazione
ho fatto checksum e mi da tutto ok

ora tutto funziona perfettamente; ieri continuavo a controllare che non ci fossero cartelle saltate;  non ho fatto assolutamente niente  e ora va perfettamente
