Calendar module for back-end users only?

Post by webconsult »

I'm new to CMSMS. A work colleague has had an existing site developed by someone else. They would like to know if there is a way to have a calendar available just to back-end users. After they login they would see this calendar on the admin screen that would not be visible at all to front-end users. Is there an existing module that can do this?

Thanks.

It will be a module soon called dashboard, or it is available now under another name, that will let you communicate to other admins in the back end...

Thanks Dr. CSS. Just to clarify, my colleague is using CMS Version 1.5.4.

Will "Dashboard" be for version 1.6?

You mention it is available now, but under another name. What is the name?

Does the one available now have a back-end calendar for admin users?

Thanks.

No calendar per se for the back end, you could do one page for this that is set to not be shown in the menu and all could look at it then you could use any module you want...
