Link to API documentation needs changing

Hi,

I just went to  http://www.cmsmadesimple.org/developersguide.shtml and clicked on the link 'API Documentation »' in the main content area and although the page resolved, it was empty.

The link was going to http://www.cmsmadesimple.org/115.shtml when it should've been going to http://www.cmsmadesimple.org/apidoc/
