Which CMS should I use

Post by admartinweb »

Hello everyone,

I am very new to using a CMS.  I have been recommended and seen a lot on the net about drupal and joomla.  got a friend that i am working with to hopefully create a wonderful site.  she has used wordpress before.  Our site will contain lots of content. content, content, content.  We will need to be changing out the content daily, weekly, monthly.  The content will be in forms of video and articles.

Just hoping for some feedback, suggestions, recommendations, any and as many comments are welcome.  Thanks everyone, it's much appreciated.

Since this website and forum are specifically devoted to the CMS Made Simple (CMSMS) content management system, we're likely to be a bit biased...

With that said, this is one of the easiest systems to install, style, and use, with a large number of extra modules available for additional functionality.  And if you're a programmer/developer familiar with PHP and/or Smarty, it is almost infinitely extendible.

Hello,

I'd say : give CMSms a try by playing half an hour with a fake install : read the sample content and enjoy.

Even more funny : it could be a bot asking.
