Help with a new CMSMS ADMIN Theme!

Hey guys,

my company created an admin theme a year ago or so, and we're thinking of overhauling the whole backend design again. We think CMSMS could be, well, much more "simple" through some design changes. But before doing everything from scratch, we're just wondering if anyone else has worked on anything that might give us ideas.  We'll post the new admin theme in themes section.

Our goal is:

1. to make cmsms the best looking backend of any cms available
2. logo and 1 or 2 other base colors can be easily edit for each client so that it 'somewhat' reflects that clients own branding
3. all the same functionality is available, but with better "focus order" so that the important stuff is more obvious, and non-every day stuff is much lower focus.

We're willing to do it ourselves (we build like 5 or so cmsms sites a month for clients so it's worth it) but just hoping for creative input, pet-peaves about current design, etc that could help us do it well.
