Have a few questions about CMSMS

Post by Phasm »

I'm new to CMS made simple and had a few questions. One of my clients is using CMSMS and would like me to implement a few features, I have no experience with this CMS so any help with the following would be much appreciated!

These are the things he would like to add:

1.) Shipping prices that adjust depending on the item chosen

2.) A coupon function that can be assigned to certain items and that can work in %'s off (not just dollars off)

3.) Track who is purchasing from Google analytics (and not just who is visiting the site).

If this is the wrong subforum I'm really sorry - if anyone can help me or point me in the right direction that would be great!  :)

Thanks.

Before we can help we need to know what you are using currently on your site.

What do you want the shipping to be based on?

StdCoupon is a relatively new module with a quick look at the code it should be able to handle percent coupons. I isn't in the module manager yet so I don't have it installed on my system, so I can tell how it works.

Google Analytics just says if someone comes to the site, if you add their code to the cart template those pages will show up as well, but you can tell which ones those were.

FYI, stdcoupons module 1.0 will not function, might as well remove it.

Hello,

CGExtensions is listed twice. This is odd, isn't it ?
