Rotating News Summary Module

Post by benjamin72070 »

Is there a module or a tip on the site for having new news summaries dynamically rotating in the same space.  Instead of listing a certain number of modules in the sidebar by printing them subsequently down the page, it would be really cool to have them just come up in the same space about every 10 seconds or so.  Adjustable times would be cool as also the number of articles to rotate through.

If this has already been addressed, I apologize for asking again.  I did search, but didn't find any articles in the forum or elsewhere that even referenced the idea.  I have seen this done in Joomla, but I much prefer CMSMS because of ease in creating your own templates.

Thanks in advance,

Ben  ;D

Hello, yeah it's "cycle" that is driving that part there.... if you google jquery and cycle it'll be the first one on the top.... other then that I just added the random param for the new tag... Hope that helps...
