I installed CGExtensions-1.16.xml as I needed it for another module. It is listed with my other modules but it cannot be uninstalled - there is nothing in that column. Under status it says "1.16 Minimum CMSMS Version Required: 1.6-beta2"
I tried uploading an older version of CGExtensions but I was not allowed to install it - said I could not downgrade!
What to do? I do not want to upgrade to 1.6 yet.
Thanks. Les

This is the point. Try uninstalling those modules that need CGExtensions.leshall wrote: I installed CGExtensions-1.16.xml as I needed it for another module.
In my case on second row I see "Has Dependents (CGGoogleMaps, SiteMapMadeSimple, CGFeedMaker )".
When all modules depending on CGExtensions are uninstalled you can uninstall CGExtensions as well.
Hope that helps

Sadly that didn't work - I am now down to the core modules and it still is not uninstallable....
Thanks though.

Delete the CGExtensions directory, via FTP.

I tired that but the Module listings still show it....

I logged out and in and it no longer appears on the module page. Thanks for the tip.
So it's OK to get rid of non-installed modules that way?
Thanks again. Les

Edit the main module class on the module directory,
something like
class.ModuleName.php
Find minumun and maximum version specs, change then manually, should work.
