My powers of PHP hackery have been thwarted (minimal at the best of times) and I'm now stumped.
I have the pro version of a WhoIs script from CJ Website Design. The free version is here:
http://www.cj-design.com/products/free_downloads/php_scripts/cjdomainwhois
The pro version includes an install that creates a database table.
The script works on my server (shared hosting) but I need to embed it into a CMSMS page with pretty URLs.
This is it working on my site:

If anyone with mad CMSMS skills can spare the time for this please let me know, and give me an idea of price.
Thanks

A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools.

Hello,
I already did this for a hosting company, using cmsms. Do you have the script you want to use?
PM me for a quote.
