GD Library for School Please help ASAP!

Hi,
I just got a site up on out server using CMSms (version 1.5.4) We dont have a GD Library (couldn't figure it out). We are getting an error at the top of our page that says
"Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /Library/WebServer/Documents/WWW/lib/html_entity_decode_php4.php:605) in /Library/WebServer/Documents/WWW/index.php on line 328"
There are a few more of those in the admin panel and it is all messed up. Is that error because of the lack of a GD Library? We had to transfer this site from another server that had a GD Library so it could be a error coming from that.

You don't say which CMSMS version?
However check in System Verification because you have some files broken ...
