Feedback Form Problems

Hi Guys,

Im running CMSms (I think the last version - not the current) on Win2003 with IBServer setup.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: html_entity_decode() in c:\ibserver\www\site\modules\FeedbackForm\classes\DispositionEmailBase.class.php on line 146

I cant for the life of me work out why its doing this. I just upgraded to latest feedback form and also installed cmsmailer but its still the same error as before.

Any help is appreciated!

Also so you know http://ibsoftware.d2digitalmedia.com/ibserver/ (the server) has the following specs:

Apache WebServer  1.3.26
PHP Script Language 4.2.3
MySQL Database           3.23.52
