I just install and apply my custom design to CMSMS using bulletin template/style sheets options, now I am interested to develop custom module for CMSMS but unable to find any tutorial so far? is there any kinda wiki or "Hello World" tutorial for custom module development??? please share....

Yes, there is a wiki. Not sure how you missed it, really. 
Look under Support => Documentation (see the top menu of the forum).
The sections you're asking about are:

I suggest that you at least skim through the whole user handbook; so, you know what is there. It will save you time in the long run.
