I don't want main navigation to have links to pages - HELP!

Currently I am using the horizontal menu.  I have 7 sublinks and when rolled over show drop down menus for each.  I only want the links in the drop down menu to be clickable and not the main sublinks.  Can anyone please help?

Make them the "Section Header" content type.
