Using CMSMS to edit exsisting web site..., ?

Hi to All,
I'm a n00b to this site but I must say that I love the software. My Boss has me reviewing it for use in creation/editing our companies web page. This is a Production/Sales enviorment so it is great that I can set up sales reps to edit their own content. I also have my own personal website that I would like to manage. My current specs:
CMSmadesimple v1.6
Wamp v2.0h
Windows 7
Company website - Internally Hosted
Personal website - Hosted by 1and1.com

I have CMSMS up and running perfectly on my Win7 pc. I would like to know how I download/upload to a website hosted outside of my pc. I currently use Filezilla to manage my personal website. Hopefully I have provided you with enough information. Thank you in advance.

Assuming your 1&1 hosting has PHP/MySQL, just follow these steps.

In FileZilla, you can get around having to CHMOD files/folders by right-clicking them and setting permissions there.
