Are there any plans in the future to include in the Forge some sort of categorization other than a 13 page list or so of alphabetical ordered modules? Are there any plans also to maybe include some sort of rating system to the modules so that people unfamiliar with CMS Made Simple can easily see which modules are trusted, used frequently, and stable?

Anything I can do to help? I've been wanting to get more involved and help out. I love CMSMS, use it for all of my clients, I've developed several private modules, etc. I think it's a great system, so if there is anywhere that I can help, let me know.
