Multiple CMS Made Simple Projects

Good Morning.

I am in the process of getting off the ground running my own hosting company.  I'm a better server administrator and sales person then a web designer/coder. 

I'm looking for someone who can churn out basic CMS Made Simple sites for my clients.  Looking for someone I can form a business relationship with and can count on to do a project from start to finish and even possibly work with my clients directly.

The ideal person would be someone who can do graphics and make a functional site to pass on.

I immediately have 3 sites plus my own personal site (http://www.usnyrhost.com - also run WHMCS at www.usnyrhost.com/billing ) - template integration between the two would be a huge plus.

Please reply to this thread or shoot me an email at zac@usnyrhost.com so we can discuss prices.  Timelines are not a huge issue but would like to see most site projects wrapped up within 3-4 weeks.  So I can accomodate hobbyists with limited work hours.  And as I mentioned before i'm just trying to get off the ground and trying to break even so i'm looking for reasonable rates that I can pass onto my customers.
