your suggestions please

Hey guys, I have a project at hand and my CMS of choice is of course CMSMS but I'm scratching my head trying to figure out how I will achieve this:

Client Login Area - to allow uploading of images by both the administrator and client .The CMS will allow clients to upload images online for approval, they can also add comments. The administrator will either approve them or download,make changes then upload them again for the client to view. Images will be archived and deleted after 7 days.

I would appreciate your suggestions on the modules to use, to achieve the above.

Have you tried FEU, CC, Uploads... ?

Thanks Pierre, your suggestion helped and am on my final stretch integrating the 3 modules to work the way I want .
