[1.6.0 BUG] No Global Settings

For questions and problems with the CMS core. This board is NOT for any 3rd party modules, addons, PHP scripts or anything NOT distributed with the CMS made simple package itself.

[1.6.0 BUG] No Global Settings

When I click this the page is pretty much blank apart from elements of the template. Viewing the source this page always stops at:

My original install was without any core modules, I like to build the system I need. But I just installed all the core modules and the Global Settings page showed up. Which module does this page now rely on being installed?

I can confirm this page now relys on nuSoap being installed and nothing else. Why?

No nuSoap, is necessary one module only
