Can CMSMS restrict access to folders to only specified users.
For instance i need user groups to upload images to their folder. I don't want one group to be able to access another groups image folders. Can CMSMS do this?

Will your user groups have access to the admin area? If not I think a combination of FrontEnd Users and Uploads would fit the bill. If they do need admin access, that is a little more tricky.
If all else fails, use a bigger hammer.

Admin users. I want to create groups with their own access to pages - including images. One of the biggest problems with most CMS's is that they restrict authors to pages but forget you may not want those authors to mess with other authors images. An author isn't just about text it's also about images that may be on that page.
