My site is down

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

My site is down

Post by Brandpoint »

Now I am in deep shit…
One of CMS MS sites are down because of some kind of hacker attack or something.

I had tried to get it up again, but with no luck. Now I have restored the files and database to start over again, and need someone to help me solve the problem.

Could you help?

The site is www.triotek.no
I will send you the necessary passwords and login information if you want to help.

Of course I will pay for your help.

Please send me an email: kjonix(a)hotmail.com

Starting with a wild guess.....

The line 64 of the file with error:
if (endswith($_SERVER['REQUEST_URI'], '/'))
$to .= (strlen($_SERVER['REQUEST_URI']) > 1 ? $_SERVER['REQUEST_URI'] : '/') . $components['path'];

so looks like some path error there....
You use some rewrite rules for path?

Need much more info about CMSMS version etc.....

A search will save you hours waiting for an answer! Image

The problem came up AFTER you reinstalled CMSMS? Can you login into Admin? Did you try checking permissions of the lib/misc.functions.php file or tried replacing it?

I am sorry but have you read the rules?
How can you don't write some primary infos for support as
CMSMS version?
Server OS?
Access or not in admin?

We can't help you till you start to provide us with more information. Is it safe to assume that you didn't originally setup the sites and someone else did?
If all else fails, use a bigger hammer.

For some reason I did not see this thread. If you have the database backed up, PM me your FTP information. First, I will try to replace the file. If not, I will backup other files, restore on my computer (I will also need database file), and then restore site.
