Preselect email form pull-down based on link?

So I've got a pretty standard contact form at www.stonewaterzen.org/index.php/contact-us.  Unsurprisingly, the default value for the recipient pull-down list is "Select one" - I think it's form builder's 'default default' if you see what I mean. 

I'd like, though, to be able to have a different recipient selected as the default based on the link that they've clicked.  So if they click the "Email me" link from the teacher's page, the teacher's name is preselected (and I don't get the general enquiries spam).

Is there any way of doing this?

You should look at the FormBuilder help, section titled "Passing Default Values to Forms".
