Changing crystalx1024 menu

Hi,

if I'm asking in the wrong place, please let me know.

I'm trying to use the crystalx1024 template (http://themes.cmsmadesimple.org/index.p ... eturnid=63)

The only thing I don't like about it is the way the menu expands and jumbles things up if there are many sub levels and long menu names.

Can anybody give me a clue as to how I can change this to maybe use the default horizontal CSS menu?

Did you upload all the files?
Then you should find the menu "crystalx1024_menu"  in the menu-manager, which  handles the menu depths etc.

in the template it is defined:

{menu template='crystalx1024 : crystalx1024_menu'  collapse='1'}

so try to change the collapse-level and check out. If you are not satisfied you could include one of the other menu-templates which sit in the menu-manager, the menu-manager-help will help you how to switch menu-templates
